Once you have completed our Nipper training, you are entitled to our after sales service. Your local dealer is your first point of contact. 

SERVICE VIA DEALER NETWORK
We have an extensive dealer network throughout the world. All dealers are trained and certified Nipper engineers. They speak the local language and know the local culture. Moreover, they can quickly respond to your needs.

QUICK AND PREVENTIVE SERVICE
Since the Nipper has a modular design, any malfunctions can easily be fixed without interrupting your business process. We simply replace the malfunctioning module with a new one. 

In addition, we offer preventive service once we know how the Nipper reacts to your business environment. If one of the components needs replacement, we measure the time that component was used and log the information in the system. This way, we know when to change the components based on use.
